EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At Lavish Beauty Salon & Spa, our hair pieces are truly exclusive. All hair are truly virgin and unprocessed. Our virgin human hair extensions comes in curly, wavy and straight textures. However, we cannot guaranteed color or curl pattern of each extensions will be identical as they vary by donors. In addition our virgin hair color will range from 1B to 2B, as they also vary by donor.
If for any reason, you receive hair that was not how we described it, we will be happy to process an exchange for unopened item(s) within 7 days from delivery confirmation. Exchange would be applicable for item(s) of the same or greater value. As a necessary health precaution, we do not accept exchanges that has been altered from the original packaging in any way.

All item(s) for exchange must have the original tags, ribbon and binders still attached in its original packaging.
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refund will be permitted.
Send us an email requesting an exchange within four days of receiving your purchase so we can begin resolving the issue promptly. After receiving your request, we will reply with instructions and, if necessary, we will send an exchange merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Once we receive your exchange item(s), we'll ship back the replacement item to you free of charge if we have it in stock or we will issue a refund (only if we no-longer carry that item in stock). Please note any refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for original purchase.
We will refuse any unauthorized returns/exchanges and return them to the customers at their expense. If we receive exchanges that were altered from the original packaging, we will also refuse them and return them to the customers at their expense. There is a 14 Calendar Day Product Defect Exchange Policy, which comes in affect after purchase. Customers are urged to contact us at (516) 405-0235 or send an email to email@example.com to notify us of their issue or concern. Please note that any chemical treatment or weft manipulation of the hair extension will voids our Product Defect Exchange Policy. Customer may request a USPS First Class return label to send back the hair in question. If we agree that the product is defective in any way, we will authorize an exchange, replacement or issue a refund. In the event of an exchange is must be for a product or equal or greater value. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item(s). If we find the product not to be defective we will return the item in question to the customer (via USPS First Class) at our expense without an exchange.
